Allow me to welcome you too :-)The peas recipe uses fresh coconut. You could try with the dessicated variety as well. Add a little extra water while grinding.And I have a full time job... other interests and run 2 blogs... so there... you have your answer.
Thanks Raaga. I love your blogs, just read a few articles. I havn't been able to write much...will try.I too have a long work-day and am interested in a number of things that make my time disappear. BTW I didn't get to trying your recipe (but I will) though I made kheer that everyone relished and passed my critic test too :-)
